Terms and Conditions

1. Pricing is subject to change without notice

2. We offer no warranty or guarantee.  We accept no responsibility for the results secured in transplanting. Acceptance of our nursery stock at time of sale is considered proof of good health.

3. All sales are final.  There are no returns or exchanges.  (Exceptions must be approved by management in writing.)  All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

4. We accept cash, Visa, Master Card and check.  There will be a $40 fee for all returned checks.

5. Third party or post dated checks are not accepted.

6. All orders - must be paid for, picked up or delivery scheduled within 10 days or material will be placed back into inventory for resale.
